Orders/Shipments
Q: How can I change or check the status of my order?
A: To check your order, you may visit the "
My Account page". After signing in, click on "check your open orders". A list of your open orders will be displayed. If you want to see additional details about a particular order, click on the order number for any order.

Q: Can I make changes to my order once I've completed the check-out process?
A: No

Q: How do I add items to an open order?
A: If your existing order has already begun to ship, new items can't be added to it and you must place a new order.

Q: I received more than one Order Confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Orders are sometimes duplicated if you click the "Place Order" button more than once. If you receive more than one confirmation, click on "My Account" from the tabs at the top of any page, and click "check your open orders". If you see that you have accidentally placed two of the same order, you can cancel the second by contacting us at support.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:U.S. orders are generally received within 2-10 business days of shipment; international orders usually take approximately 4-14 days after shipment.

You will receive an invoice confirmation email message when your order ships and will be provided with a shipping date.

Q: I'm an international customer; what if my order isn't received within the estimated time frame?
A: The U.S. Post Office states that normal delivery time for international airmail orders is 4 to 14 business days. Sometimes there are delays caused by customs or other reasons. We are only able to research problems and take further action after 30 business days have passed since the order was shipped and you have still not received it. You have up to 60 days to notify us of a missing order from the date of shipment.

Q: I'm a US customer; what if my order isn't received within the estimated time frame?
A: For domestic orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to notify us about the missing package.

Q: On international orders, does the final amount charged to my account reflect the applicable customs charges and taxes for my country?
A: No. It is your responsibility to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee if you refuse a shipment.

Payments/Returns
Q: What forms of payment does KADDVD.com accept?
A: KADDVD.com accepts Visa, MasterCard.

Q: Can I pay with check or money order?
A: No.

Q: Is it safe to order over the Internet with a credit card?
A: KADDVD.com is a completely secure Web site and is fully compliant with the most recent Visa Cardholder Information Security requirements. To learn more about some of our security procedures, please see the Protecting Your Information section of our Privacy Policy.

Q: What if I receive a product which is defective?
A: We’ll gladly replace a defective product with a new one. (Please note: defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for a different item.).

Q: What if I receive a product I no longer want?
A: You may return any unopened product for a refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days for US orders and within 60 days for International Orders.
