On 14^th December 2005 as the Online Ticketing opened for Jai Chiranjeeva exclusively on SecondShows.com, the premiere ticketing portal for Indian movies in USA, it received an unprecedented, overwhelming and thunderous response as over 2000 tickets got sold in a span of 36 hours. The movie release date is still one week away.

This is a testimony to the Megastar’s popularity among Telugu audiences. This is also the first time that, Vijay Bhaskar and Trivikram have teamed up with the Megastar and Vyjayanthi banner. Trivikram’s previous directorial venture Athadu was a phenomenal success (more so in USA), while Vijay Bhaskar / Trivikram‘s previous films Malliswari, Manmadhudu, Nuvuu Naaku Nachav & Nuvve Kaavali all proved to be blockbusters.
